My name is Anna and I'm a wife, mum of two and a midwife of 19 years. I have been providing antenatal education for 17 years in the Albury Wodonga area and have been a certified Optimal Maternal Positioning Educator for the past 3 years. Optimal Birth was conceived when I became involved with Optimal Maternal Positioning. Working within a busy birth suite, I can see first hand the results of quality education and providing women and their support team with the best tools to empower them and give them a positive birth experience, no matter how this looks. 

I offer education only, pregnancy care should be with an endorsed midwife, Midwife Care Program, obstetric GP or specialist.
